Based on recent platform data analysis and feedback from multiple contracted partners, we have identified abnormal usage behaviors associated with certain member accounts. These include mass registrations under personal or corporate names, long-term inactivity in platform operations, and participation limited only to the purchase of external check-in products.
To further optimize the platform ecosystem, enhance resource allocation efficiency, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all active users, the platform will begin capital-preserving account removal procedures starting August 1, 2025, targeting the following types of accounts:
Accounts that have only subscribed to external check-in products and do not meet the criteria of active membership;
Accounts with no repurchase records up to and including July 2025;
Accounts identified through system review as abnormally registered or suspected as “alternate/duplicate accounts.”
This clean-up action aims to build a fairer, more efficient, and healthier member environment, while improving system stability and overall service quality. Affected members are advised to review their account status promptly.
